Hurricane Helene: Public Health Department Closures

Latest updates: Hurricane Helene

Our public health departments' hours of operation may be affected by power and staffing outages. This means that some closures may not appear on the state government office delays and closings map. The health and safety of our employees and our clients remains our highest priority. We are working to get services restored as safely and quickly as possible.

Healthcare Quality administrative and consent orders are reported to DPH on a monthly basis. Each report contains the administrative and consent orders that were executed (signed by the Director of Healthcare Quality) for a given time period. The summary sheet is a compilation of the total number of orders and assessed civil monetary penalties by program area for that time period. In the report following the summary sheet, you will find the name of the party subject to the order, a summary of inspections, investigations, and violations, and the actions the party was required to take including any assessed civil monetary penalties.
