2026 SC WIC Approved Food List Submission Form

The 2026 Submission Form is now open.

Please complete the following form for NEW product specification and submission only. If a product is already listed on the APL, you do not need to resubmit on this form. The current APL can be reviewed on the Info for WIC Vendors webpage.

Thank you for providing product name(s), UPC(s) and package images for South Carolina WIC-Approved Products.

This form MUST BE USED FOR ALL NEW FOOD PRODUCT SUBMISSION.
No other forms will be accepted (e.g disc or thumb drive).

Prior to submitting your item(s), please review the SC WIC Approved Foods Nutrition Criteria, which contains the criteria and guidelines used to approve WIC foods.

SC WIC may request additional information as needed. If there are any existing products on the SC WIC Authorized Product List (APL) that will be discontinued, reformulated, UPC updated or will no longer meet the minimum federal requirements, or if you have any problems, please email wicfoodrequest@dph.sc.gov.
