The Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) program will be transitioning to the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE).
The state funded SRAE program will transition to the SCDE by June 30, 2024 and the federally funded program on October 1, 2024. Any future Requests For Grant Applications (RFGA) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be issued by the SCDE.
The purpose of this state-funded program is purchase of blood products for persons with hemophilia or other congenital blood clotting disorders.
The Hearing Program helps assure optimal health and functioning of children, youth, and young adults with diagnosed hearing loss.
DPH’s Sickle Cell Program provides care coordination and payment assistance for eligible persons diagnosed with sickle cell disease to receive medical services, supplies, equipment and/or medications as prescribed by their medical provider. The DPH Sickle Cell Program provides assistance for individuals across the lifespan.
