How to Contract with BCN

Providers interested in contracting with BCN for breast/cervical screening/diagnostic reimbursements may email BCNHelp@dph.sc.gov. Please include a current year W-9. Comprehensive assistance will be provided to guide you through the remaining steps. All contracts are valid for the duration of the current grant cycle, from June 30, 2022, to June 29, 2027.

BCN's Reimbursement Process

Best Chance Network (BCN) offers additional funding to qualified primary care, imaging, pathology, and diagnostic providers by partnering with this National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP) affiliated program. Once contracted with BCN, providers may submit claims for a variety of services, receiving the highest possible Medicare reimbursement rates. BCN is not an insurance company or a charity program, however, the program does serve as the primary payer source for low-income, uninsured, and underserved residents of South Carolina. All reimbursements are processed timely in-house within the Cancer Programs Section of DPH, and DPH's Finance Department issues direct payments within 60 days of authorization.
