Notice: Appointments at Health Departments

We are currently experiencing a system outage of our electronic health records (EHR) and we are unable to make appointments for health department services at this time. When calling 1-855-472-3432 for an appointment, you may experience delays or be asked to call back once the EHR is operational. We expect this to be resolved no later than tomorrow, Feb. 27, 2025, and apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
