The Care Line is a helpline for women and their families. We make it easier to get the health care you need. All you have to do is call.

We Can Help You Find:

  • Prenatal care
  • Infant health care
  • Transportation to medical appointments
  • Family planning
  • Well child check-ups
  • Immunizations (vaccines)
  • Services for children with special healthcare needs
  • Breast and cervical cancer screenings (Best Chance Network)
  • Medicaid
  • Food for you (if pregnant) and your baby up to age 5 (WIC nutrition program)
  • Other services offered by local public health departments and community agencies.
