The Care Line is a helpline for women and their families. We make it easier to get the health care you need. All you have to do is call.
We Can Help You Find:
- Prenatal care
- Infant health care
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Family planning
- Well child check-ups
- Immunizations (vaccines)
- Services for children with special healthcare needs
- Breast and cervical cancer screenings (Best Chance Network)
- Medicaid
- Food for you (if pregnant) and your baby up to age 5 (WIC nutrition program)
- Other services offered by local public health departments and community agencies.
