Viral hepatitis poses a substantial public health burden on South Carolina. To address this issue, HepFreeSC has developed the South Carolina Viral Hepatitis Elimination Strategic Plan 2021-2025, which consists of four goals, 12 objectives and 49 strategies across five pillars.
Development of this plan is a collaborative effort between many people representing a diverse group of organizations around the state. By implementing these objectives and strategies, we hope to achieve our four goals by 2025.
